Would you trust the DMV to handle the ballots and count the vote? Because they're likely more competent than the people actual counting.

Everyone acknowledges that the DMV is pointless and inefficient; however, that fail to realize that this is probably the most efficient of government agencies because it is one of the most visible. Most other agencies run even less effectively.
